At the office, if you are all scheduled on Outlook, you can see other people's schedules, so this problem is easier. But if that's not you, your scheduling problems are tough to fix. A new free web service called Doodle (no, it's not a drawing program) helps solve this problem. It provides a central repository for people to leave their available times and see other people's availability, with the net result being easier scheduling of meetings and events.
