Create document from cell phone photos

Qipit is a service that allows you to create documents from pictures. You can use it directly with your cell phone. Just take a picture with your cell phone and email or MMS this picture, or pictures, to your Qipit account. They then create the documents that you can either download, or you can choose to have the resulting documents emailed or FAXed to the recipients of your choice.

The service also works with pictures taken with digital cameras. You have to upload the pictures using their website, so it's not quite so instantaneous, but if you need to operate in bulk, this is a good way to go.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of cool applications for a service like this. You can use it to capture white-board conversations, smuggle documents out of secret locations, and to capture lecture notes.
