If you are using version 0.4 of the Dojo toolkit (http://www.dojotoolkit.org/), to a more recent version, you should know that version 0.9 and later are *not* backwards compatible. So if you are upgrading from 0.4, you'll need to spend some time working on your code to make it compatible with the newer version of Dojo. To that end, this blog entry (http://wolfram.kriesing.de/blog/index.php/2007/dojo-migration-04-to-09) gives the best explanation as to how to perform the migration.
