Getting rid of "Windows has blocked some startup programs" messages

If you are getting an error messages that reads like the following when you start Windows up:

Windows has blocked some startup programs
Windows blocks programs that require permissions to run when
Windows starts. Click to view blocked programs.

You can easily stop from getting this message. Just right-click on the icon in the system tray where the message is coming from. From the menu that is shown, select the "Run blocked program" option, and then select the "System Configuration Utility" option. If UAC is enabled, you'll get a prompt to confirm that you really want to do this. Once you confirm, you'll get a panel with a checkbox next to some text that reads, "Don't show this message or start System Configuration when Windows starts". Check the box next to this, then click "OK".

Next time you start Windows, you'll no longer get the message about programs being blocked.
