If you've seen the movie, "Sin City" (which was totally awesome by the way), you probably noticed the very distinct comic-book style used in filming. This tutorial walks you through the steps in Photoshop need to turn an ordinary photograph into a photograph with this same style. It's only a 6-step process, and it doesn't require any "special" Photoshop skills.
