Using left-over wine

If you have wine left over that has been sitting out for a while and you don't think it's good enough to drink, there is still some use for it. Pour the left over wine into an ice cube tray and freeze it. You can use the wine ice cubes for adding to sauces, casseroles, and other cooking needs.
