If your phone allows you to use custom ringtones, there's a neat trick you can do to have your phone announce who is calling. Just create a recording of your self saying the name of the person who is calling. Then convert this to a ringtone (however this is done for your particular phone) and assign that ringtone to be used when that person is calling. It's a little slow since you have to create one for each person. But if most of your calls come from the same number of small people, you can do it for that core group. It's pretty funny when you are sitting around and your phone announces that "your girlfriend is calling... snap to it man" or whatever odd thing you want to assign to someone.
