Creating iCal events from email

In Leopard you can instantly create new iCal events from emails. If the email contains a date, hover over it with the mouse. Once you do, the date will get a dashed line around it, and a pull-down arrow will appear to the right of the date. Click on the arrow and you'll get a pull-down menu that allows you to instantly create a new iCal event.
