Juicing citrus
If you are going to be juicing citrus like lemon, lime, oranges, or grapefruits, here's how to get the most juice from your fruit. First, heat it up in the microwave for a very short period of time - 10 seconds should be enough. Then roll the fruit around on the counter. Roll it really hard and move it around so that you get the entire surface of the fruit onto the counter. Once you do that, slice the fruit in half and juice it. You'll be surprised at how much more juice you can get using the method.
