If you are trying to read a website in a foreign language that you speak, lingro can help you read the site and learn the language. You enter a web site and it makes all of the words on the page click-able so that you can look up the word meaning. If you don't speak the language, you're still better off with babelfish. But if you are surfing the web and trying to learn a foreign language, this is a nice tool to help with those obscure words you don't want to be looking up in your dictionary.
