bee sting relief
This may be an one for the history books if the demise of the bee continues at its current pace. But I've got two great remedies for a bee sting:
1) Ice. It's simple, plentiful, cheap, and never causes an allergic reaction.
2) Toothpaste. It's a base so it works similar to the well-know baking soda solution (counteracting the acid of the venom). The advantage of toothpaste over baking soda is that you don't have to mix it with anything, and in most households, it's easier to find.
