Hi, if you need to exfoliate use sugar cubes. Place 2-5 sugar cubes outside of your shower. Soap up face...grab sugar, get wet...then crunch in hands. Scrub on sugar on face. Be sure to get on the side of the nose, and in other trouble spots. Then rinse it all away. Your face will appear smoother and will feel great. The reason you want to use sugar instead of salt or sand is because sugar cubes are made up of cube-shaped crystals and wont scratch or tear your skin the way salt crystals and sand will. Salt crystals are not cube-shaped and so you get jagged edges that can cause more breakouts than actually help. :) It's also cheaper than spending money on over-the-counter scrubs.
