Every Thanksgiving I try making a different dessert with pumpkin. This year I made the pumpkin roll recipe at the link below. I couldn't believe the great reviews I received. I already received numerous requests for next year. Even those who are not big pumpkin fans liked this roll. The only thing I did different was I used parchment paper in the pan & instead of a towel. One more thing, it freezes really well if you need to make it in advance.
