You just install it (can be installed on both PCs and Macs) and forget it -- you don't have to do anything extra to help the tracking keep track of what you are doing. They load your data to their website and provide analytics that then allow you to determine how you spend your time, how you can be more efficient, etc. It's a cool idea and after you use it for a day or two you may be surprised at the results.
