Tips for great hummus

Hummus is quick and easy to make using any number of available mixes. While most of the mixes make a passable version of hummus, here are two tricks you can use to make your hummus taste distinct and really good. First, add mustard; preferably the Dijon sort. Next, add grated Parmesan cheese. Not the stuff you get from a tube, use real Parmesan cheese finely grated. If you follow these two tips, your hummus will be the talk of the party.
