Automated article submissions
If you are trying to increase your web presence and improve the ranking of your web site in search engines, you need good links back to your site. Once of the best ways to do this is by writing articles for article sites. Article sites are nice in that they will let you link back to your own site in exchange for writing an article for them. This works out well for you since you get a link back from a page that is "in context" to the content of your site.
The down-side of article sites is that there are a lot of them, and submitting to them is a pain. There's also the issue of the duplicate content penalty. A new site, rotowriter, is trying to solve both of those problems. They make it easy to submit an article to multiple sites (potentially in the hundreds) and they also provide tools that help you to create an article that is unique for each article site without having to rewrite the article multiple times. The net result is a lot of good links back to your site with no duplicate content penalty. It's not a free service (though you can sign up and check it out for free), but it's far cheaper than other solutions to this problem.
