What to do if the gym is crowded
If you workout on a regular basis you probably have a set routine. It can be frustrating to walk into to a busy gym when you have a set routine only to see that all the equipment you wanted to use has long lines from other gym members waiting to use the same peices of equipment. Well, here's what I do. I wing it and make it a fun workout with new exercises I'm not used to doing. Instead of sticking to my set routine I'll wing and just do whatever exercises I want to do. Not only does this make the workout more enjoyable, it also works muscles in a way they're not used to being worked so I get the added benefit of not allowing my body to adapt to my normal routine because I'm mixing it up and giving it something a little different than it's used to doing.
