Shortcut the Apple menu in Leopard

Leopard has a couple of cool tricks that allow you to get some shortcuts in the Apple menu (the one under the Apple logo in the menu bar).

Once you click on the Apple menu (or before), press the Option key. You'll see that the "About This Mac" option switches to "System Profiler..." and Restart, Shut Down, and Log Out options all lose the "..." after them so that you can select them and not have to confirm your action.

You can also press Shift key when the Apple menu is shown and the "Force Quit..." option will change so that the "..." goes away and the name of the current application is put in its place. This allows you to force quitting of an application more quickly.
