Quickly clear personal data in Firefox

I ran into this one completely by accident... if you are using Firefox and you hit Shift + Control + Delete (if you are on a Mac, it's Shift + Alt + Delete), it will bring up a panel that allows you to clear your personal data. This panel allows you to quickly clear your personal data out of the cache/cookies/history records of Firefox. Here's what it looks like when you get it:
