making a good non watery smoothie
If you find that when you make a smoothie it ends up tasting watery, it may be because your adding ice to get the "smooth"ness. Instead of adding ice, cut up and freeze some fruit. Then when you make your smoothie, add the frozen fruit in place of ice cubes. You'll get all of the smoothness without the watery flavor.
