tear-free onion cutting

Here's an easy tear-free way to cut onions. Cut off the ends of the onion, but don't peel it yet. Put the onion on paper towel in your microwave oven and cook on high for one minute minute. When the onion is done cooking, you'll be able to remove the skin easily and won't cry when you cut it up.
