Getting better pie crusts
One of the keys to a good pie crusts is to use the right pie pan. You will get your best pie crust pie pan that is made of glass or dull-metal. Aluminum or shiny metal pie pans will reflect heat away and keep your pie crust from browning properly. Pie pans that are overly dark will absorb more heat and may cause your pie crust to brown too much. And never use pie pans with holes in the bottom.
