While flickr does offer a good flash-based tool for uploading files, there is an easier and quicker way to upload files to flickr. Using the foldr Monitr progam (which is free), you designate a folder on your hard drive as the folder that contains your flickr pictures. Once you go through the initialization process which confirms your flickr account information, any time you put photos in this directory, they are immediately uploaded to flickr. You don't have to log in to flickr, spend time on the web selecting files, or anything. This gets your photos on flickr quicker and a lot easier.
