Easy polarizing filter for point and shoot digital cameras

Almost every photographer who has an SLR camera has a polarizing filter for their lens. The polarizing filter is great for outdoor shots in bright light, it reduces glare and gives warmer, less washed-out colors.

But what to do if you have a point and shoot digital, or non-digital for that matter, camera? It's easy. By a pair of polarizing sunglasses, you can usually find them wherever fishing supplies are sold, with very little or no tint. When you want a polarizing filter for your camera, hold the sunglasses over the lens, check the viewfinder to make sure the frame is not in the way, and ta-da, a polarizing filter.

It looks a little stupid when you are doing it, but you'll be amazed with the results. Try taking some pictures with and without them, look at them at home and you'll see what I mean.
