If you are going to be doing a technical interview (from either side of the table), you should check out the GeekInterview site. It contains a repository of interview questions that people have been asked over the years. The interview questions are all technically based and are categorized by subject. So if you know you are interviewing and they are interested in a Delphi programmer, you can easily find a bunch of interview questions that have been asked in the past. I find that reviewing questions of this nature before an interview is a really good way to prepare for an interview.
