Tab Mix Plus is a Firefox extension that enhances the tabbed browsing features in Firefox. While it offers a lot of great benefits, one thing it does that is really important is that it allows you to automatically refresh pages on a per-tab basis. This is really nice feature if you use pages that need to be reloaded on a regular basis such as using a web email program, looking at auctions on auction sites, any web site where you find yourself hitting the refresh button can benefit from this feature.
