mixing powder drinks with no clumps
Do you hate when you mix a powdered drink and you end up with a bunch of powder clumps in your drink? If so, here are some tricks you can use to make sure that the powder does not clump up in your drink.
1) Get a seal-able container like a water bottle or a Tupperware container. Put the powder and the liquid into the container and shake vigorously. This is quick and it always works, the only problem with this one is the availability of a proper container that won't leak.
2) If you are going to be mixing in a cup or a bowl, add the powder first. Then, add a very small amount of the liquid to be mixed in. Stir the liquid into the powder until you get a even consistent paste. If the mixture is still very powdery, add a little bit more liquid. Keep doing this until you get a paste that is the consistency of melted ice cream. Once you get this consistency, you can add the rest of the liquid and you'll end up with the powder completely disolved, no lumps or clumps.
