Customize Thunderbird email folders

When you create folders for your mail in Thunderbird, they are displayed alphabetically. Period. You can't change the order that the folders are displayed in at all.

If you want to change the order the folders, there's now an add-on that makes this possible. It's called "Manually sort folders" and you can get it here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/15102

Once it's installed you get a new option in the Tools menu item that allows you to specify the order that your mail folders are shown in.
