Keep screen from dimming when watching videos on a Blackberry

If your Blackberry screen dims when you are watching videos, you can configure your phone so that when you are playing media like videos or music, the screen dimming will be disabled.

To set this start the Media application, press the Menu button, then select Options from the menu that's shown.

Find the setting called Turn Off Auto Backlighting and tap it to change the value to No.

Once you change this, your Blackberry screen will not dim when you are watching videos.
