Jumping to the last change in an MS Word Doc

I just found a keyboard shortcut in Microsoft Word that I'm finding to be really helpful: Shift + f5. When you hit this, it'll move the cursor in the document to the location of the last change.

To do this I used to hit Ctrl + Z to undo the last change (which also takes you to the location of the last change), but then I'd have to hit Shift + Ctrl + Z to redo the change. The Shift + f5 shortcut is a lot easier.
