Adjusting screen backlight settings on a Blackberry

If you have a Blackberry with a backlight screen (just about all of them), you can adjust the brightness of the backlighting as well as how long the backlight stays on.

To get to these settings, press the Menu button, select Settings from the menu, then select Screen/Keyboard.

You can then set the Backlight Brightness To be a set amount of brightness or to be Auto.

You can also set the Backlight Timeout to be from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

If you make any changes, hit the Menu button and select Save to make sure your changes get saved.
