How to Get 8 Pack Abs with the Right Workout and Diet
Building perfect 8 pack abs is not easy, and it will depend a good deal on genetics. Having said that, here are a couple of tips that are usually forgotten, but which can make you go from good 6 pack abs to great eight pack abs while taking care of your belly fat.
- In order to go from six pack abs to an 8 pack, don't concentrate so much on your abs workout, but on diet. You'll need a low carb-low fat diet, with plenty of fresh fruits and very few saturated oils and trans-fat rich foods. Your body fat should be at around 5% in order for your abs to show fully.
- Take the necessary time to relax and sleep well. If you stress and over-exercise your body, you'll never get a 6 pack, let alone 8 pack abs.
