Forcing IE to use the Google Chrome frame
If you've installed the Google Chrome frame plug-in that allows you to use Google Chrome to render pages inside of Internet Explorer, web sites can update their code so that when you visit them, the Chrome frame plug-in is automatically invoked. But what if you are visiting a site that is not rendering well in IE and you want to try it with the Google Chrome frame?
Once the plug-in is installed, you can manually edit the URL of any page in the address bar of your browser so that it will be rendered by the Chrome frame by adding cf: to the start of the URL.
As an example, if you are on:
and you want to render it he Chrome frame, just go to the address bar in the browser and change it to:
When you do this, the page will be reloaded and it'll use the Google Chrome frame to render the page.
