If you are in Boulder Colorado, there is free wireless provided by the city along the entire length of the Pearl Street mall (what would be called downtown Boulder). The Wi-Fi is in the planting beds which cover the mall. The best part is, all of the planting beds have electrical outlets to power the Christmas lights and they are usually unlocked. So even though you are outside, you can get free wireless and free power.
