To turn off Dell E6400 keyboard backlight

For WindowsXP, Control panel -> Dell ControlPoint(DCP) -> Display and Device, check and "Disable" the Keyboard Backlight setting.

I have Windows XP, but when I go to Control Panel, there is no Dell ControlPoint(DCP) option. My problem is that somehow the backlighting on my keyboard has stopped and I am trying to turn it back on again.
