Better outdoor photos

When taking pictures outside, use your flash if you have subjects within range of your flash. It may seem counter-intuitive, but when you are outdoors bright sunlight creates shadows and the flash will help to eliminate the shadows bringing out your subjects. Even when the sunlight is not bright, using your flash will help your subjects stand out from the background.
