I also have mice under my front deck and use the same traps over and over and i've caught 12 mice in 5 weeks.I have found that because my 2 traps are set up outside and the sun hits them so my peanut butter dries out. When that happens i don't seem to catch any mice for a few days,but as soon as i put fresh PB i catch them right away. So my tip is always use fresh peanut butter.Hope this was useful to all.
