Best way to get conditioner all through your hair

If you have thick hair like I do, then the best way is while in the shower, after applying your conditioner. Comb it through your hair so that every strand gets conditioned. To aid in combing, comb hair before you get into the shower. I have long, thick hair and these tips have helped me.
