Reducing the spread of the flu
The flu season this year hasn't started yet but experts are already concerned that this year's flu season will be worse than most years because of the H1N1 (bird flu) variety. Here are very easy steps you can take to help reduce the spread of the flu.
1. Wash you hands often. If you wash often, you will hopefully remove the virus from your hands before it enters your body.
2. Keep your hands out of your mouth, nose, and eyes. These are the easiest routes of entry for viruses, and the virus is most often on your hands. If you keep your hands out of your mouth, nose, and eyes, you will be a lot less likely to get the flu.
3. If you do get sick, stay home. Don't go to school or work, no need to infect others.
