If your new Amazon Kindle 2 e-reader ever freezes, here's what you should do:

- First of all, try sliding and holding the "Power" switch. Do this for at least 20-30 seconds.

- If your Kindle 2 is still frozen, go to the "Menu" option and choose "Settings". Now press the "Menu" key once more and select the "restart" option.

Your Kindle 2 ebook reader should be unfrozen by now.
