If you are using Entourage 2008 on a Mac, there are several scripts out there that let use the Quick Look functionality on the Mac in conjunction with Entourage. These scripts let you use Quick Look to see files while you are using Entourage. And they also let you Quick Look to look at Entourage files while you are in the FInder.
