Adding applications to the Start Menu

In Windows XP, you can add applications to the Start menu pretty easily. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the application you want to add to the Start menu. Right click on the application and select the "Pin to Start Menu" option and the application will be added directly to the Start menu. If you later change your mind, you can removed the application from the Start menu by clicking the Start button, right clicking on the application you want to remove, and selecting the "Unpin from Start Menu" option.
