iTunes Syncing is very easy. It just takes a few easy steps:

First, you need to connect your iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. Once inside iTunes, you'll have to choose the "iPhone" option in the sidebar. After that, configure sync settings in all of your iPhone's setting panes. Finally, just select "Apply" ( it's on the lower right hand side of the screen ) and you're done.
