Turn off data roaming on the Blackberry Tour
I always turn off data roaming on all my phones. This saves me from accidentally running up a huge bill when I am traveling. Better to be safe than sorry. If you've got a Blackberry Tour, here's what you need to do to turn off the data roaming.
1 - From your home screen press the Menu button and then select Options.
2 - Select Mobile Network.
3 - Update the Data Services entry and select the Off When Roaming option.
Save your changes and your phone will be safe from data roaming charges, which can be very expensive, when you are traveling.
