Create a wordpress theme from a Photoshop PSD
Divine is offering a free tool that lets you convert a Photoshop PSD into a complete WordPress theme without having to know any HTML or CSS. And it's free!
Once you create or have your PSD file open in Photoshop you launch Divine and it walks you through the steps of assign the wordpress elements to your theme and once you are done it uploads all the files needed for your theme to your site.
