Turn on telnet in Windows 7

I recently had the need to use telnet. Don't ask why :) What I found out is that in Windows 7, telnet is disabled by default and if you want to use it you need to turn it on first. I was able to get telnet working in Windows 7 with these steps.

1) Go to the Control Panel and select "Programs".
2) Select the "Turn Windows features on or off" link in the left pane.
3) Check the box next to "Telnet Client"
4) Click OK to save your changes.

Once you do this, telnet will be enabled in Windows 7
