Address book debugging

If you are having problems synchronizing your address book on the Mac, there is a debugging facility available in the address book. Just open a terminal window and type "defaults write com.apple.addressbook ABShowDebugMenu -bool true" without the quotes. Then restart address book. You'll then have an additional menu option called "Debug". In the Debug menu is a "Logging" option and from within there you can start, stop, and print conduit logging with the address book application.
