Run Windows Media Center on Startup

If you're running Windows 7 on a computer that you use as your media center, you'll want to configure Windows Media Center to startup when the computer is started. It's pretty easy to set this up:

1 - Run Windows Media Center, go to Tasks and then choose settings.

2 - Choose General from the menu, and then select Startup and Window Behavior.

3 - Check the box next to Start Windows Media Center when Windows starts.

Choose Save and your change will be saved. Now when you start your computer, Media Center will start automatically.
