Fill a bowl with a fairly strong solution of sugar water and leave it outside closest to the room (probably the kitchen) they're in. In no time, they'll find their way back outside. (If you're incredibly soft-hearted and the thought of ants drowning (which many will) bothers you, use a sugar-water soaked sponge instead.
