Getting rid of delete confirmations in Windows
If you are tired of Windows asking you for confirmation every time you delete a file (move it into the Recycling Bin actually), there's an easy way to get rid of this annoying step. Just right click your mouse on the Recycle Bin. This will pop up a little window, select the "Properties" option in this window. In the window that opens, there will be a checkbox labeled "Display delete confirmation dialog". Uncheck this box and you will no longer get the annoying "Are you sure you want to move this file to the Recycle Bin?" message every time you delete a file. Some may worry that this leads to accidentally deleting files, but it really doesn't since the files aren't really deleted in the first place, they are just being moved to the Recycle Bin awaiting deletion. You can still easily recover the files.
This will work in both Windows Vista and Windows XP, unsure about older versions of Windows.
